Description
The main purpose of the vacuum breaker is to prevent outdoor sewage backflow from contaminating the household drinking water. It is also known as a backflow preventer. This product is made using brass and contains 12 drainage holes. The upper end is a 3/4″ female garden hose thread and the lower end is a 3/4″ male garden hose thread.
The device can be connected to the faucet in the garden to ensure that non-potable water does not flow into the indoor drinking water system. The upper body has knurling to increase friction and facilitate installation.
This vacuum breaker has a disassemble prevention function. After the faucet is installed and the set screw has been tightened, Twist off the head of the set screw to prevent others from arbitrary disassembly and ensure drinking water safety.
